Prolonged casualty care in US deployed medicine:progress in theory and practice

延时伤员救护(PCC)是近年来国际战术医学关注的重点领域,指在超过既定后送时限的情况下,对战现场滞留伤病员实施的救护,以期稳定、延缓甚至逆转伤病员的生理恶化趋势,直至其被运抵合适的医疗救治阶梯。本文围绕美军PCC的起源与发展、步骤与原则、流程与策略进行综述,并对我军战伤救护理念更新、实践创新及训练优化提出思考。

As the recent focusing area in international deployed medicine,prolonged casualty care(PCC)is the need to provide patient care for extended periods of time when evacuation or mission requirements surpass available capabilities and/or capacity to provide that care,which aims to stabilize,delay or reverse the physiological deterioration of a seriously ill or injured patient through effective patient care supported by timely and appropriate medical interventions.The article focused on the origin and development,steps and principles,processes and strategies of the US military PCC,and put forward some thoughts on the update of the concept,practice innovation and training optimization of our military casualty care.
