摘要
目的探究胃肠术后患者行早期肠内营养支持的有效性。方法随机将2021年12月-2022年12月天津市第三中心医院78例行胃肠手术患者分为实验组(39例,应用早期肠内营养支持治疗)、对照组(39例,应用常规治疗)。对比两组术后恢复情况、生化指标值、干预前后营养指标、不良反应发生率。结果实验组排便恢复时间(50.04±2.07)h、饮食恢复时间(44.11±3.18)h、排气恢复时间(42.57±3.33)h、住院时间(10.52±1.67)d、住院费用(8134.26±94.57)元,与对照组相比,P<0.05;实验组K^(+)(4.52±0.72)mmol/L、Ca^(2+)(2.14±0.62)mmol/L、Na^(+)(141.05±10.01)mmol/L、ALB(38.11±1.24)g/L,与对照组相较,P>0.05;干预前,两组各营养指标间无差异,P>0.05;经干预,实验组白蛋白(44.27±2.79)g/L、前白蛋白(284.17±16.68)ng/L、淋巴细胞计数值(2.95±0.55)×10^(9)/L,均比对照组高,P<0.05;实验组不良反应发生率(7.69%,3/39)与对照组(12.82%,5/39)相比,P>0.05。结论早期开展鼻空肠管滴注肠内营养制剂治疗,利于胃肠术后患者快速恢复,营养状况改善效果显著,是术后安全且有效的营养补给方法,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of early enteral nutrition support in patients after gastrointestinal surgery.Methods 78 patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group(39 cases,receiving early enteral nutrition support treatment)and control group(39 cases,receiving conventional treatment).Postoperative recovery,biochemical index value,nutritional index before and after intervention,incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of defecation in the experimental group was(50.04±2.07)h,diet recovery time was(44.11±3.18)h,exhaust recovery time was(42.57±3.33)h,hospitalization time was(10.52±1.67)d,hospitalization cost was(8134.26±94.57)yuan,compared with the control group,P<0.05;experimental group K^(+)(4.52±0.72)mmol/L,Ca^(2+)(2.14±0.62)mmol/L,Na^(+)(141.05±10.01)mmol/L,ALB(38.11±1.24)g/L,compared with control group,P>0.05;before intervention,there was no difference in nutritional indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,albumin(44.27±2.79)g/L,prealbumin(284.17±16.68)ng/L and lymphocyte count(2.95±0.55)×10^(9)/L in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(7.69%,3/39)was higher than that in the control group(12.82%,5/39),P>0.05.Conclusion Early naso-jejunal tube infusion of enteral nutrition preparation is beneficial to the rapid recovery of patients after gastrointestinal surgery,and the improvement of nutritional status is significant.It is a safe and effective nutritional supplement method after surgery,and worthy of promotion.
