利拉鲁肽对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗及血脂水平的影响

Effects of Liraglutide on insulin resistance and lipid levels in patients with type 2 diabetes

目的探讨利拉鲁肽对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗及血脂水平的影响,为临床应用提供参考。方法选取华中科技大学协和深圳医院2022年3月-2023年4月收治的100例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用二甲双胍治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用利拉鲁肽治疗,两组患者均持续治疗12周作为治疗后观察时间点。比较两组患者治疗前后空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖(2h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等指标变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的空腹胰岛素较对照组高,而HOMA-IR、空腹血糖、2h PG和HbA1c则较对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的LDL-C较对照组高,而TC、TG则较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论利拉鲁肽用于治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床效果满意,同时能有效改善胰岛素抵抗和血脂水平,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effects of Liraglutide on insulin resistance and lipid levels in type 2 diabetes patients,and to provide reference for clinical application.Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 patients in each group.Control group was additionally treated with metformin on the basis of conventional treatment.Observation group was additionally treated with Liraglutide on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks as the observation time point after treatment.The changes of fasting insulin,insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),fasting blood glucose,2h postmortem blood glucose(2h PG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,fasting insulin in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while HOMA-IR,fasting glucose,2h PG and HbA1c were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LDL-C in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while TC and TG were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Liraglutide is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,and the clinical effect is satisfactory.At the same time,it can effectively improve insulin resistance and blood lipid level,so it has high application value.
