百令胶囊联合高通量血液透析治疗尿毒症患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy observation of Bailing capsule combined with highthroughput hemodialysis in the treatment of uremic patients

目的研究百令胶囊联合高通量血液透析对尿毒症的疗效。方法选择2020年1月-2022年12月天津康复疗养中心收治的70例尿毒症患者,随机分为两组。对照组采用高通量血液透析治疗,观察组联用百令胶囊。比较两组的症状评分、肾功能和氧化应激状态。结果观察组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的腹胀纳呆、面色苍白、便溏浮肿和倦怠乏力评分明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组更低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的肾功能指标如尿素氮(BUN)和24h尿蛋白定量(24h-upro)水平均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组更加明显(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)明显升高,晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)和丙二醛(MDA)水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组的血清SOD水平更高(P<0.05),AOPP和MDA水平更低(P<0.05)。结论百令胶囊联合高通量血液透析对尿毒症具有显著的疗效,可改善患者肾功能及氧化应激水平,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Bailing capsule combined with high-throughput hemodialysis in the treatment of uremic patients.Methods 70 patients with uremia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with high throughput hemodialysis,and the observation group was treated with Bailing capsule.Symptom scores,renal function and oxidative stress status were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal distension and lethargy,pale complexion,loose stool and lethargy in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and those in observation group were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,renal function indexes such as BUN and 24h urinary protein(24h-upro)levels were significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05),and more significantly in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)were significantly increased,advanced oxidized protein product(AOPP)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum level of SOD in the observation group was higher(P<0.05),and the levels of AOPP and MDA were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Bailing capsules and high-throughput hemodialysis has significant therapeutic effects on uremia and is worth promoting.
