The application of colloidal gold test strips for the detection of Salmonella aims to improve the detection speed of Salmonella.By utilizing the stability and uniformity of colloidal gold test strips,the protein content and suspension ratio of the experimental body are compared to obtain experimental results.The stability,sensitivity,and specificity exhibited by colloidal gold test strips in experiments enable the detection performance to meet the requirements of clinical experiments.Based on this,this article explores the experimental process and results of the comprehensive experiment preparation for the detection of Salmonella using colloidal gold test strips,in order to apply the colloidal gold test strips to clinical on-site detection.
