Medical quality is a comprehensive reflection of hospital management level,personnel quality,technical level,service level,security and so on.It is the lifeline of the survival and development of the hospital,and always runs through the work of the hospital.How to improve medical quality and ensure medical safety in new hospitals is a major issue facing hospital managers.Through management practices such as ward rounds by department director,case comments,and large joustings in medical records,our hospital makes reasonable use of quality management tools,pays close attention to the quality of key links,prevents medical safety risks,and improves medical quality and safety.
