不同时段饮水对经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术患者术后口腔舒适度的影响

Effect of drinking water at different time on postoperative oral comfort of patients with transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma

目的分析不同时段饮水对经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术患者术后口腔舒适度的影响。方法选择2021年11月-2022年10月实施经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术患者66例为研究对象,随机分为观察组、对照组,每组各33例,对照组麻醉清醒后4h饮水,观察组术后麻醉清醒即饮水,分析两组术后恢复情况、口腔舒适度、咽喉疼痛情况及口渴情况。结果观察组首次排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间均短于对照组;观察组咽喉疼痛程度远低于对照组;观察组中、重度口渴发生率远低于对照组;观察组口腔舒适度远高于对照组。结论经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术患者麻醉清醒后尽早对其进行饮水干预,能提高患者口腔舒适度,减轻口腔疼痛感,加速术后胃肠功能恢复。

Objective To analyze the effect of drinking water on postoperative oral comfort in patients with transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma.Methods From November 2011 to October 2022,66 patients with pituitary underwent transsphenoidal surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the patients in the control group drank water 4 hours after anesthesia and awakening,the patients in the observation group were given water after anesthesia,and the postoperative recovery,oral comfort,sore throat and thirst were analyzed.Results The first exhaust time,the first defecation time and the hospitalization time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group,the sore throat rate in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group,the incidence of moderate and severe thirst in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group,the oral comfort of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Drinking water intervention as soon as possible after awake anesthesia can improve patients;oral comfort,relieve oral pain and accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function after operation.
