定坤丹联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片对多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素和脂代谢的影响

Effects of Dingkundan combine with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone tablets on sex hormones and lipid metabolism in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探讨定坤丹联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者临床疗效及性激素和脂代谢的影响。方法选取2021年1月-2023年1月天津爱维医院收治的92例PCOS患者分为对照组、观察组,每组46例。对照组以炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,观察组增加定坤丹治疗。治疗6个月后,评估比较两组患者临床疗效、月经改善情况、性激素水平、脂代谢指标、治疗安全性等。结果观察组总有效率为91.30%(42/46),高于对照组的73.91%(34/46)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组月经周期小于对照组,经期天数、月经量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)、血清睾酮(TSTO)水平低于对照组,卵泡雌激素(FSH)高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比未见显著差异(P>0.05)。结论定坤丹联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片对PCOS患者有良好治疗效果,可改善患者月经情况,调节性激素和脂代谢水平,治疗安全性较好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Dingkundan combine with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone tablets in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and the effects of sex hormones and lipid metabolism.Methods 92 patients with PCOS who were admitted to Tianjin Aiwei Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group,46 cases per group.Control group was treated with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone tablets,and observation group was treated with added Dingkundan.6 months after treatment,the clinical efficacy,menstrual improvement,sex hormone levels,lipid metabolism indicators and treatment safety were evaluated and compared between two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 91.30%(42/46),which was higher than 73.91%(34/46)in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the menstrual cycle in observation group was smaller than that in control group,and the number of menstrual days and menstrual volume were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)and serum testosterone(TSTO)levels in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),and low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C)was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dingkundan combine with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone tablets has a good efficacy in patients with PCOS,which can improve the menstrual condition of patients,regulate the sex hormones and lipid metabolism levels,and has good treatment safety.
