四妙散联合活络效灵丹治疗湿热瘀阻型腰腿痛的临床疗效分析

Clinical curative effect analysis of Simiao SAN combined with Huoluoxiao Lingdan in the treatment of dampness-heat stasis type lumbago and leg pain

目的分析针对湿热瘀阻型腰腿痛患者,采用活络效灵丹联合四妙散治疗的临床效果。方法抽取2020年1月-2021年12月于天津市北辰区双环邨街社区卫生服务中心就诊的湿热瘀阻型腰腿痛患者共计60例,以计算机1∶1随机数列均分为西医组(常规西药治疗,n=30),中医组(四妙散+活络效灵丹治疗,n=30)。比较两组中医证候积分、炎性因子水平及治疗有效率。结果中医组治疗后中医证候积分(疼痛、肿胀、功能受限)显著低于西医组同期及本组治疗前,假设校验有意义(P<0.05);中医组治疗后炎性因子(TNF-α、IL-6)水平显著低于西医组同期及本组治疗前,假设校验有意义(P<0.05);中医组总有效率(29例,占比96.67%)显著高于西医组(23例,占比76.67%),组间数据比较,有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.192,P=0.022)。结论针对湿热瘀阻型腰腿痛患者,采用活络效灵丹联合四妙散治疗,可改善患者临床症状,降低炎性因子水平,提升临床有效率,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Huoluoxiao Lingdan combined with Simiao SAN in the treatment of patients with low back and leg pain caused by dampness-heat stasis.Methods A total of 60 cases of lumbago and leg pain with dampness-heat stasis were selected from January 2020 to December 2021 in our hospital.Computer 1∶1 random sequence was divided into Western medicine group(conventional western medicine treatment,n=30)and Chinese medicine group(Simiao SAN+Huoluoxiao Lingdan treatment,n=30).TCM syndrome scores,inflammatory factors and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results TCM symptom scores(pain,swelling and functional limitation)after treatment in the Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those before and after treatment in the Western medicine group.The hypothesis test was significant(P<0.05).The inflammatory factors(TNF-αand IL-6)in the Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those in the western medicine group at the same period and before treatment,and the hypothesis test was significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group(29 cases,96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group(23 cases,76.67%),and the data was significant(χ^(2)=5.192,P=0.022).Conclusion For the patients with lumbago and leg pain of damp-heat stasis type,the combination of Huoluoxiao Lingdan and Simiao SAN can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve the clinical effective rate,and can be popularized.
