摘要
循环水泵是核电厂三回路循环冷却水系统中的关键设备,直接关系到核电厂冷却水的顺利输送,进而影响核电厂安全、可靠和经济运行。该循环水泵电机滑动轴承具有低转速(197 r/min)、大比压(4.26 MPa)的技术特点,针对轴承在额定工况、超速工况进行润滑计算,分析不同工况下油膜厚度、油膜温度情况,根据计算结果对轴承结构及材料进行优化设计与分析。结果表明,结构优化后额定工况推力轴承油膜厚度提升至0.016 mm,安全裕量增大。
The circulating water pump is the key equipment in the three-loop circulating cooling water system of nuclear power plant.It is directly related to the smooth transmission of cooling water in nuclear power plant,and then affects the safety,reliable and economic operation of nuclear power plant.The sliding bearing of the circulating water pump motor has the technical characteristics of low speed(197 r/min)and high specific pressure(4.26 MPa).Lubrication calculations are carried out for the bearing under rated and overspeed conditions,and the oil film thickness and oil film temperature under different working conditions are analyzed.The results show that after the structure is optimized,the oil film thickness of the thrust bearing under the rated working condition is increased to 0.016 mm,and the safety margin is increased.
