辐照对732阳离子交换树脂交换容量的影响研究

摘要 辐照材料改性作为一种重要的工艺方法,在工业生产与材料改性中有着广泛的应用。本文研究了在电子束辐照下,不同吸收剂量的732阳离子交换树脂对铀酰离子的交换容量的影响。采用10 MeV直线型加速器进行辐照实验,通过控制加速器工艺参数,实现不同吸收剂量下对树脂的辐照。结合实验验证了方法的合理性,采用静态交换法计算出不同吸收剂量下732树脂对铀酰离子的交换容量。最后利用GEANT4计算模拟吸收剂量,结果表明具有一定的指导意义。 As an important technological method,irradiation material modification has been widely used in industrial production and material modification.The effect of different absorbed doses of 732 cation exchange resin on the exchange capacity of uranyl ions under electron beam irradiation was studied.Using 10 MeV linear accelerator,the resin is irradiated under different absorbed doses through controlling the accelerator process parameters.The rationality of the method was verified in experiments.Meanwhile,the exchange capacity of 732 resin foruranyl ions was calculated in the static exchange method for different absorption doses.In the end,using GEANT4 to calculate the simulated absorbed dose,and results showed that it had guiding significance.
