老年重症肺炎患者实施责任制整体护理干预的效果

Effect of responsibility system holistic nursing intervention on elderly patients with severe pneumonia

目的 研究分析老年重症肺炎患者实施责任制整体护理干预的临床效果,为改善患者的预后提供参考。方法 选取2019年1—10月高唐县人民医院收治的老年重症肺炎患者76例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用责任制整体护理干预。比较两组患者肺功能指标及护理效果。结果 护理后,观察组肺活量、残气量、一秒用力呼气量、最大通气量各项肺功能指标分别为(3.13±0.56)L、(1.33±0.01)L、(3.14±0.04)L、(81.08±2.53)%,高于对照组的(2.83±0.25)L、(1.24±0.04)L、(2.79±0.08)L、(75.33±2.17)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理总有效率为97.37%,高于对照组的68.42%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.228 3,P<0.05)。结论责任制整体护理干预可有效改善老年重症肺炎患者的肺功能,患者护理满意率高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of responsibility system holistic nursing intervention on elderly patients with severe pneumonia,in order to provide reference for improving the prognosis of patients.Methods A total of 76 elderly patients with severe pneumonia admitted to Gaotang County People's Hospital from January to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received responsibility system holistic nursing intervention.The lung function indicators and nursing effect between two groups of patients were compared.Results After nursing,the lung function indicators of vital capacity,residual volume,forced expiratory volume in one second,maximum voluntary ventilation capacity in the observation group were(3.13±0.56)L,(1.33±0.01)L,(3.14±0.04)L and(81.08±2.53)%,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group with(2.83±0.25)L,(1.24±0.04)L,(2.79±0.08)L,and(75.33±2.17)%,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.37%,which was higher than 68.42%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.2283,P<0.05).Conclusion Responsibility system holistic nursing intervention could effectively improve the lung function of elderly patients with severe pneumonia,with a high nursing satisfaction rate of patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
