腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术并发症原因及护理进展

子宫肌瘤是目前妇科比较常见的疾病,该病多发于30~50岁成年女性,多数患者无明显的临床表现。绝大多数子宫肌瘤患者是通过体检以及孕检发现该病,有极个别患者会表现出阴道出血、经量异常、白带异常等情况。子宫肌瘤属于一种较为常见的良性肿瘤,绝大多数属于宫体肌瘤,少部分属于宫颈肌瘤。药物治疗和手术治疗是目前在子宫肌瘤临床治疗中比较常见且有效的手段。腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术被普遍应用于该病的临床治疗中,具有操作简便、对患者机体创伤小、术后恢复期短、预后效果理想等突出优势,而且还能最大限度保护子宫免遭摘除危机,非常适合<35岁未生育患者。因此,在临床治疗中深受广大医护人员、患者及其家属的认可。经临床研究发现,腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术后经过积极有效的护理,可以减少患者的术后不适感。本文对腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术并发症原因及其相关护理措施研究进展进行综述,以期为腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床应用提供指导。

Uterine fibroids are currently a common gynecological disease,which mostly occurs in adult women aged 30-50.Most patients do not have significant clinical manifestations.The vast majority of patients with uterine fibroids are diagnosed through physical examination and pregnancy testing,with very few patients exhibiting symptoms such as vaginal bleeding,abnormal menstrual flow,and abnormal vaginal discharge,etc.Uterine fibroids are a common benign tumor,with the vast majority being corporeal fibroids and a small portion being cervical fibroids.Drug therapy and surgical treatment are currently common and effective methods in the clinical treatment of uterine fibroids.Laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy is widely used in the clinical treatment of this disease,with outstanding advantages such as simple operation,minimal trauma to the patient's body,short postoperative recovery period,and ideal prognosis effect.It can also maximize the protection of the uterus from the risk of removal,which is very suitable for patients under 35 years old who have not given birth.Therefore,it is highly recognized by medical staff,patients and their families in clinical treatment.Clinical research has found that active and effective nursing after laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy can reduce postoperative discomfort of patients.This article reviews the research progress on the causes of complications and relate dnursing measures in laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy,in order to provide guidance for the clinical application of laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy.
