摘要
提出了一种将CGNS(CFD通用标记系统)格式文件数据向液态成形模拟的流场格式数据转换的方法。首先,读取了CGNS文件中的空间拓扑数据,根据不同的网格类型分别读取;其次,读取了CGNS文件中的物理数据,包括温度、压力、液相率等;最后,开发了基于华铸CAE软件的CGNS数据读取与可视化软件并进行测试。结果表明,该方法可成功读取CGNS格式文件并进行可视化。
A method to convert CGNS file data to liquid forming simulation flow field data was proposed.Firstly,the spatial topology data in the CGNS file was read separately according to different grid types.Secondly,physical data,including temperature,pressure,liquid rate,etc.from CGNS files were read.Finally,CGNS data reading and visualization software based on CAE software was developed and tested.The results indicate that the method can succeed to read and visualize CGNS files.
