摘要
沾浆设备的尺寸决定了精密铸造工件的规模,大尺寸型壳沾浆设备的设计在我国仍待开发。介绍了一种直径大于2 m的桨转式大型沾浆桶的研发过程。首先分析了实际要求,提炼设计要点;结合有限元技术,进行了流场分析;最终研发得到桨转式大型沾浆桶的具体结构。
The size of slurry tank determines the scale of investment castings,and the design of slurry tank for large-scale shell is still a technical gap in China.The research and development process of a paddle-rotated slurry tank with a diameter>2 m was introduced.Firstly,the actual requirements were given and the design points were extracted.The flow field was analyzed based on finite element method.Finally,the specific structure of paddle-rotated large-scale slurry tank was developed.
