湖南石门雷家山滑坡北斗智能监测与预警

摘要 利用高科技手段防灾减灾具有非常重要的社会意义和经济价值。本文介绍了以北斗高精度定位技术为核心的滑坡智能监测预警系统,系统由多维度物联感知体系、监测预警体系和预警云平台构成。该系统成功应用于湖南石门雷家山特大山体滑坡,为疏散群众封锁道路等应急联动提供了3个小时的预防窗口期,实现了特大型地质灾害下零伤亡的成果。 Disaster prevention and mitigation based on high-tech means is of great social significance and economic value.This paper introduces an intelligent landslide monitoring and early warning system,of which the Beidou high precision positioning technology is the core.The system is composed of a multi-dimensional perception system,a monitoring and early warning system and an early warning cloud platform.It is successfully applied in Hunan Shimen Leijiashan landslide,providing three hours of prevention window for evacuation,roadblocking and emergency.This successful early warning achieves zero casualty under the condition of large geological disasters.
