上海城市设计和建筑规划管理系统建设研究

Research on the Construction of Urban Design and Architectural Planning Management System of Shanghai

针对城市设计方案与建筑规划方案如何高效、自动地植入现状三维地理信息环境中辅助开展方案评估与分析等问题,研究编制了面向规划管理审批流程的数据制作规范,研究了基于动态三维数据服务的建筑设计方案与实景模型的自动化融合方法、基于三维GIS的交互式城市空间形态控制方法,搭建了上海城市设计与建筑规划管理系统。目前该系统已在上海市规划和自然资源局规划方案审批管理工作中发挥了重要的作用,有效地辅助了黄浦江、苏州河整体规划工作的开展。

Aiming at the problems of how to efficiently and automatically implant urban design schemes and architectural planning schemes into the current 3D GIS to assist in scheme evaluation and analysis,this paper studies and formulates data production specifications for the approval process of planning management.This paper studies the automatic fusion method of architectural design scheme and real scene model based on dynamic 3D data service,the interactive urban spatial form control method based on 3D GIS,and sets up the urban design and architectural planning management system of Shanghai.At present,the system has played an important role in the approval and management of planning schemes of Shanghai Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau,and has effectively assisted the overall planning work of Huangpu River and Suzhou River.
