Key Points and Strategies of Quality Control of Provincial Geographic National Conditions Monitoring

2021年地理国情监测工作在自然资源统一调查监测评价框架下进行,省级监测任务中的人工建(构)筑物监测、林草资源监测以及其他监测工作是利用国家基础地理信息中心下发的图斑底图数据和要素底图数据,结合遥感影像进行变化监测。对形成的监测图斑数据成果质量问题及工作中遇到的典型问题进行分析总结,归纳年度监测工作中的质量控制要点及应对策略,为提高地理国情监测工作效率和成果质量提供借鉴。

The monitoring work of national geographical conditions in 2021 will be carried out under the framework of unified natural resource survey,monitoring and evaluation.The monitoring of artificial buildings(structures),forest and grass resources,and other monitoring tasks at the provincial level will use the patch base map data and element base map data issued by the National Geographic Information Center,combined with remote sensing images to monitor changes.This paper analyzes and summarizes the quality issues and typical problems encountered in the monitoring map data results,summarizes the quality control points and response strategies in the annual monitoring work,and provides reference for improving the efficiency and quality of the national geographical conditions monitoring work.
