摘要
东亚海运株式会社是日本全面侵华战争期间垄断中国江海航运的最大航业集团。战后,国民政府对其汉口支店的船舶、器材制造工厂、房屋等资产进行了接收和处置。交通部、长江区航政局、中央信托局在其中发挥了主导作用,推动了航运业资产接收与处置的进程。其中,重点和难点是对各类资产所有权的处置。整体而言,国民政府对包括东亚海运株式会社汉口支店在内的日本在华航运业资产的接收和处置推动了战后中国航运业以及社会经济的复兴与发展。
East Asia Shipping Co.,Ltd.was the largest shipping group that monopolized China’s river and sea shipping during Japan’s all-out war of aggression against China.After the war,the Nationalist Government took over and disposed of the ships,equipment manufacturing plants,houses and other assets of its Hankou branch.The Ministry of Communications,the Yangtze River Navigation Administration Bureau,and the Central Trust Bureau played a leading role in promoting the process of receiving and disposing of assets in the shipping industry.Among them,the key and difficult point is the disposal of ownership of various assets.On the whole,the Nationalist Government’s acceptance and disposal of Japanese shipping assets in China,including the Hankou branch of East Asia Shipping Co.,Ltd.,promoted the post-war Chinese shipping industry and social and economic revival and development.
