英士大学作为“战时新生”高校,复员时期在校址“变动”的博弈中无奈迁址金华。现实困境使师生一度掀起“迁校风潮”,两次晋京抗争。其间教育部、浙江省政府多次进行调处,最后以教育部解决校长问题而勉强化解,学潮黯然落幕,校址却无果而终。与以往颇受关注的由中共主导的政治性学潮有所不同,此次学潮自始至终都围绕校址问题展开,体现了战后国民党在教育资源配置上的“失策”及由此引发的学界矛盾与纠葛,折射了学潮与民国政治的多面及复杂性。

As a college for“wartime freshmen”,National Yingshi University had no choice but to relocate to Jinhua during the period of demobilization.The realistic predicament caused the teachers and students once to set off“the movement of school relocation”,and two times to Nanjing fiht against.During the Ministry of Education,the government of Zhejing province for many mediation,and finally to solve the problem of the principal reluctantly resolved,the end of the school tide,school site but no fruit.Unlike the precious high-profile student wave led by the Communist Party of China,this one started because of the school site issue and has been centered on this issue from beginning to end,it refracets the multi-faceted of the study tide and politics and the complexity of the relationship between politics and politics aggravated by the improper demobilization of the Kuomintang.
