摘要
为解决锦州市某实木多层板生产小微企业实木多层板生产中的摆板、铺板劳动强度大,生产效率低,机械化与自动化程度较低等问题,对其多层实木板生产线进行改造升级设计,研制出了一种木材自动铺板机,其主要由运输流水线、调整机构、抓取摆板机构、电机和机架等构成,采用吸盘方式抓取,调整机构采用齿轮传动,保证板胚铺设的准确性,使用胶轮增加摩擦力的同时,也能够保证板子的完整性。实验结果表明,木材自动铺板机铺板生产效率和准确性相比于人工铺板操作,有很大的提升,能满足本厂实际生产要求。
In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity,low production efficiency,low mechanization and automation in the production of solid wood multi-layer board in a small and micro enterprise of solid wood multi-layer board production in Jinzhou City.This paper has developed a wood automatic plank laying machine,which is mainly composed of transportation line,adjustment mechanism,grabbing swing mechanism,motor,frame,etc.,using suction cup grabbing,adjusting mechanism using gear transmission to ensure the accuracy of plate laying,rubber wheels increase friction at the same time,but also can ensure the integrity of the board.The experimental results show that the production efficiency and accuracy of wood automatic plank laying machine are greatly improved compared with manual paving operation,which can meet the actual production requirements of the factory.
