摘要
在地下工程设计中,若地下室埋置较深或水头较大,结构竖向自重荷载小于地下水的浮力时,通常采用抗浮锚杆或抗浮桩来满足抗浮设计要求。研究通过介绍基于可伸缩三翼扩刀钻头精准旋挖成孔变直径钢筋笼扩大头预应力锚杆桩施工技术,分析了扩大头锚杆的优势,讲述其工艺流程及操作要点,提出了施工过程中的质量控制措施,证明了其在同类工程中的可推广应用性。
In the design of underground engineering,if the basement is buried deeply or the water head is large,and the vertical self-weight load of the structure is less than the buoyancy of the groundwater,the anti-floating anchor or anti-floating pile is usually used to meet the anti-floating design requirements.This paper introduces the construction technology of prestressed anchor pile with variable diameter reinforcement cage expansion head based on the precise rotary drilling of telescopic threewing reamer bit,analyzes the advantages of the expansion head anchor,describes its process flow and operation points,puts forward the quality control measures in the construction process,and proves that it can be popularized and applied in similar projects.
