摘要
本项目通过工程实践,研究传统锤击法或静压法施打管桩存在的诸多问题,提出了一种新型施工工艺即旋挖引孔植桩法。通过引孔措施及后灌注混凝土再植桩的方式,有效地解决了管桩在碎石、强中风化岩层或孤石块石含量较多的土层中应用问题,提高了其单桩承载力,可有效解决复杂地质情况下常规预应力管桩施工工艺存在的问题。
Through engineering practice,this project studies the many problems existing in the traditional hammering or static pressure method for driving pipe piles,and proposes a new construction process,namely the rotary excavation and hole planting method.Through the measures of drilling holes and post pouring concrete replanting piles,the application of pipe piles in soil layers with high content of crushed stones,strongly weathered rock layers,or solitary stones has been effectively solved,and the bearing capacity of a single pile has been improved.This can effectively solve the problems existing in conventional prestressed pipe pile construction technology in complex geological conditions.
