摘要
我国乡村教师队伍建设的核心问题是如何在强化专业取向的同时既保留其乡土性又凸显其现代性,即葆有具备时代特征的新乡土性。这是在外源性文化力量的牵引以及自身内生性文化惯性的推动下,乡村社会衍生出的一种传统性与现代性交织共存的现代乡村的文化特征。新乡土性是乡村教师为了乡村、扎根乡村、忠诚于乡村教育事业的内生力量。乡村教师新乡土性的教育价值主要表现在三方面:基于自我生命觉醒的“育自己”,基于培育他人生命觉醒的“育他人”以及基于乡村社会文化觉解的“育社会”。
The core issue of the construction of the rural teaching staff in China is how to retain its localism and highlight its modernity,that is,new localism with the characteristics of the times,while strengthening its professional orientation.This is a kind of modern rural culture characteristics derived from the rural society under the traction of external cultural forces and its own intrinsic cultural inertia,in which tradition and modernity coexist.ciety under the traction of the exogenous cultural forces and its own endogenous cultural inertia.New localism is the endogenous force of rural teachers to serve the country,take root in the country,and be loyal to the cause of rural education.The educational value of rural teachers'new localism is mainly manifested in three aspects:"cultivating oneself"based on self life awakening,"cultivating others"based on cultivating others'life awakening,and"cultivating society"based on understanding rural social culture.
