摘要 中国拥有深厚的师道文化,也有悠久的师范教育历史与传统。96岁高龄的胡德海教授有70余年的师范教育学习与工作的经历,而且长期从事教育科学研究。围绕“传统师范与师范传统”主题,胡德海先生深刻阐释和解答了师范教育的文化内涵、传统师范教育的特点、师范教育价值与“师范性”和“学术性”论争的实质、传统师道文化中师范生和教师的素养、教育学科与师范教育的关系以及如何弘扬师范传统创新教师教育等问题,探寻师范教育的守正传承创新发展之道。 China has a profound Shi Dao culture,as well as a long history and tradition of teacher education.Professor Hu Dehai,who is 96 years old,has more than 70 years of experience in studying and working in teacher education,and has been engaged in educational science research for a long time.Focusing on the theme of"traditional teacher education and teacher education tradition",Professor Hu Dehai has profoundly explained and answered the cultural connotation of teacher education,the characteristics of traditional teacher education,the value of teacher education and the essence of the debate between the"pedagogicl nature"and"academicness",the accomplishments of normal students and teachers in traditional Shi Dao culture,the relationship between educational discipline and teacher education,how to carry forward the teacher education tradition and innovate teacher education,and has explored the way of inheriting and in-novating the development of teacher education.
