摘要
教师的职业幸福感是影响教师职业发展与学生健康成长的重要因素。目前的教师职业幸福感测量大多是从快乐论取向编制的,对于实现论幸福感取向的测量还缺乏深入研究。因此,基于实现论幸福感理论,在开放式问卷的基础上,借鉴成熟量表,编制了我国中小学教师职业幸福感问卷。经因子分析,问卷包含自我认识和成就、职业使命和意义两个维度,信效度指标良好,可以作为测量我国中小学教师职业幸福感的有效工具。问卷研制拓展了教师群体职业幸福感的内涵,发现自我认识和成就是教师职业幸福感的重要基础,职业使命和意义是教师更高的境界。
Teachers'occupational well-being is an important factor that affects teachers'occupational de-velopment and students'healthy growth.The current measurements of teachers'occupational well-being are mostly compiled based on the hedonic well-being orientation,and there is a lack of in-depth research on meas-urements of teachers'occupational well-being based on the eudaimonic well-being orientation.Therefore,with the theory of eudaimonic well-being,the Teachers'Occupational Well-Being(TOWB)Questionnaire in Primary and Secondary Schools has been developed based on the open-ended questionnaires and the mature scales.Through factor analysis,the questionnaire includes two dimensions:self-awareness and achievement,occupational calling and meaning,and has good reliability and validity index,which can be used as an effective tool to measure the occupational well-being of primary and secondary school teachers in China.The development of the questionnaire has expanded the connotation of teachers'occupational well-being,and it is found that self-awareness and achievement are the important foundations of teachers'occupational well-being,while occupational calling and meaning are higher realm of teachers.
