摘要
针对汽车配件需求和供给存在不确定性的问题,首先建立了考虑库存警戒值的汽车配件最优供货率混合整数规划模型;其次设计了求解模型的贪婪启发式算法;然后提出了库存结构系数的概念,根据配件的库存结构系数调整部分配件的订货点,进一步优化库存管理水平;最后将库存结构系数和考虑库存警戒值的数学模型相结合做为优化方案,对H公司下属三个分库实施优化方案前后的库存周转率和供货率进行对比分析,验证了优化方案的有效性。
In this paper,aiming at the uncertainty with the demand and supply of automobile parts,this paper established a mixed integer programming model for the optimal supply rate of automobile parts considering the inventory warning value.Next,we designed a greedy heuristic algorithm to solve the model and then proposed the concept of inventory structure coefficient to adjust the ordering points of certain parts according to their inventory structure coefficient and further optimize the inventory management level.Finally,by combining the programming model and the inventory structure coefficient into an optimization plan,we analyzed comparatively the turnover rate and supply rate of three branch warehouses of Company H before and after the implementation of the optimization plan,verifying the effectiveness of the optimization plan.
