基于二元语义-TOPSIS法的中欧班列集结中心选址

摘要 以京津冀地区中欧班列集结中心选址为例构建定量与定性指标体系,引入三角模糊数的概念,利用二元语义法将定性指标转为定量指标,再结合其他定量指标,通过熵权-TOPSIS法对京津冀13个城市进行排序。结果表明:石家庄为建立京津冀中欧班列集结中心最合适的城市,具体建设点为石家庄国际陆港。对比于前人多针对全国性集结中心进行选址研究,着眼于区域性集结中心选址,可以有效聚集局部货源,实现班列高质量发展。 Taking the location selection of the China-Europe freight train assembly center in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as an example,this paper constructed a quantitative and qualitative index system,introduced in the concept of triangular fuzzy numbers,used the binary semantic method to convert the qualitative indicators into quantitative indicators,and then in connection with other quantitative indicators,obtained the ranking of 13 cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region using the entropy weight-TOPSIS method.The result showed that Shijiazhuang is the most suitable city to host the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional China-Europe freight train assembly center,and the specific construction site is the Shijiazhuang International Dry Port.Compared with previous researches which are mostly targeting at national assembly centers,this paper focused it attention on the location selection of a regional assembly center in the intention to effectively gather local supply sources and achieve high-quality development of the China-Europe freight train programs.
