我国跨国制造企业供应链结构与协同机制

Supply Chain Structure and Coordination Mechanism of Chinese Multinational Manufacturing Enterprises

基于已有研究结果,分析与刻画了典型跨国企业的跨国运营战略、供应链运营模式、供应链结构和供应链协同机制,归纳出适合我国跨国企业的三种供应链结构,即串行模式、双供应链和“一大多小”星状结构,以及实施供应链协同的纵向一体化、横向一体化和纵向横向混合一体化机制。采用这些结构的供应链是由中国本土生产基地和海外工厂关联组成,权衡了低成本与快速响应两种目标。研究结论与“双循环”发展战略相吻合,为培育我国全球供应链领先企业提供了实施路径。

In this paper,based on the existing research results,this paper analyzed and described the transnational operation strategy,supply chain operation model,supply chain structure and supply chain coordination mechanism of typical multinational enterprises,and summarized the three supply chain structures suitable for Chinese multinational enterprises,namely the serial mode,the dual supply chain structure and the center-heavy multi-polar star structure,as well as the mechanisms of vertical integration,horizontal integration and vertical and horizontal hybrid integration to implement supply chain collaboration.Supply chains adopting these structures are composed of local production bases in China and overseas factories,which balanced the goals of low cost and rapid response.The conclusion of this paper is consistent with the"dual circulation"development strategy and could provide an implementation path for cultivating leading global supply chain enterprises in China.
