基于5G的计量样品库智慧管理系统研究

Research on 5G-based Intelligent Management System of Measuring Instrument Sample Warehouse

针对目前计量样品库管理系统实时管理程度和自动化水平较低的问题,通过需求分析和系统总体设计,研发基于5G技术的智慧计量管理系统。构建智慧仓储管理系统(IWMS)的系统架构、业务模型和数据分析应用场景,开发机器人控制系统(RCS)的设备监控和任务调度功能,对系统主要硬件设备、联网数据采集技术进行研发应用。通过系统智能化、可视化、自动化的运行,实现了样品建档、入库、检验、存储的全流程管理和追溯。

In view of the low level of real-time management and automation of the current measuring instrument sample warehouse management system,we developed a 5G-based intelligent warehouse management system(IWMS)for measuring instrument sample warehouses after a demand analysis and overall system design.Then,we built the system architecture,business model and data analysis application scenarios of the IWMS,and developed equipment monitoring and task scheduling functions for the robot control system(RCS),as well as the main hardware equipment and network data acquisition technology of the system.The constructed system,which is able to operate intelligently,visually and automatically,can realize the whole process management and traceability including filing,warehousing,inspection and storage of the measuring instrument sample.
