基于物流专业视域下本科毕业生毕业落实去向对策研究——以贵州省Q高校为例

Research on Undergraduate Employment Destination Strategies from Perspective of Logistics Major Students:Taking University Q in Guizhou as Example

以贵州省Q高校物流专业为研究对象,通过对2019—2023年7月物流专业毕业生毕业落实去向现状进行分析,剖析出我国物流专业毕业生落实去向存在的问题。在此基础上,重点围绕持续深化物流专业毕业生落实去向相关政策、新型物流人才的专业素养培养及以适应市场为导向的个人能力提升等方面,阐述了物流专业毕业生毕业落实去向的主要策略。

Taking the logistics specialty of University Q in Guizhou Province as the research object,we analyzed the graduate employment situation of logistics major students from 2019 to July 2023 and looked at the problems existing in the employment destinations of the logistics graduates in China.Then,we focused on continuously deepening the implementation of relevant policies,the professional quality training of new logistics talents,and the market-oriented improvement of personal abilities,and described the main strategies to improve the employment situation of university logistics major graduates.
