精准思政视角下高职“仓储与配送管理实务”课程思政教学设计探索

Teaching Design of Warehousing and Distribution Management Practice Course-embedded Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges:A Precise Education Perspective

为了更精准合理地推进思政教育融入课程,发挥课堂教学育人的主渠道功能,基于“仓储与配送管理实务”课程,通过对接行业发展、结合专业特色、面向企业的三个“精准维度”进行课程思政总体设计;聚焦岗位核心素养,在课程思政实施中使学生的个人修养、职业素养和社会责任得到提升,提高人才培养质量。

In this paper,we carried out the overall design of ideological and political education for the Warehousing and Distribution Management Practice course from the three dimensions of precise education,namely conforming to industry development,integrating professional characteristics,and facing enterprises.Besides,focusing on the core job-specific qualification in the implementation of the course-embedded ideological and political education,we aimed to improve the students'personal culture,professional proficiency and social responsibility,so as to improve the quality of talent training.
