摘要
目前,吐鲁番市电站数量较多,蓄电池放电工作减负成为新电网时代目标。传统的放电系统存在2个关键性技术问题:一是放电仪器本身比较重,不便于搬运,而且违背构建安全工作的现实需求;二是放出的电无法回收,不符合绿色建设能源结构的目标。因此,构建以智能母联和分组放电开关以及含有回馈系统的放电回路的基本放电回路模型,并且在系统中增加网络通讯功能实现监控端一键式放电、放电数据下载远传、软件自适应更新,从而提高电网能源的利用效率和使放电工作安全性得以保障。现已建成全疆唯一一座能够远程充放电的变电站——220 kV交河变电站。
At present,there are many power stations in Turpan City,so reducing the load of battery discharge has become the goal of the new power grid era.The traditional discharge system has two key technical problems:First,the discharge instrument itself is relatively heavy,not easy to carry,and contrary to the practical needs of construction safety work;The second is that the released electricity cannot be recycled,which does not meet the goal of green construction of energy structure.Now therefore,the basic discharge circuit model with intelligent bus connection and group discharge switches and discharge circuits including feedback systems is constructed.And,the network communication function is added to the system to realize one-click discharge at the monitoring end,remote transmission of discharge data,and adaptive update of software,so as to improve the energy utilization efficiency of the power grid and ensure the safety of discharge work.At present,the only substation capable of remote charge and discharge in Xinjiang--220 kV Jiaohe Substation has been built.
