肝细胞癌放射治疗的疗效预测及评估的MRI应用进展

Advances in the application of MRI in predicting and evaluating the efficacy of radiotherapy for hepatocellular carcinoma

放射治疗对肝细胞癌(HCC)的有效性和安全性已得到广泛证实。基于MRI功能序列参数及影像组学的定量分析方法不仅有利于提高评估准确性,也有望通过表征肿瘤内部生物学特征及异质性实现对疗效及预后的早期预测,对指导临床精准实施个体化放疗具有重要意义。就MRI在HCC放疗中的相关研究进展及存在的问题进行综述。

The efficacy and safety of radiotherapy for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)have been widely confirmed.Quantitative analysis based on MRI functional sequence parameters and radiomics is not only conducive to improving evaluation accuracy,but also expected to achieve early prediction of efficacy and prognosis by characterizing the internal biological characteristics and heterogeneity of HCCs,which holds great significance in guiding the accurate implementation of individualized radiotherapy in clinical practice.The research progress and existing problems of MRI in radiotherapy for HCC are reviewed.
