ASL技术及其伪影机制研究进展

摘要 MR动脉自旋标记(ASL)是一种无创性功能MRI技术,通过标记动脉血中的氢质子作为内源性示踪剂进行成像,能够定量评估组织的灌注量。该技术成像过程中会受到多种因素影响,易形成伪影,包括脑脊液伪影、生理性局部异常灌注、动脉传输伪影、分水岭伪影、运动伪影和磁敏感伪影。就近年来ASL成像技术的进展、相关伪影的产生机制进行综述。 MR arterial spin labeling(ASL)is a non-invasive functional MRI technique that enables quantitative assessment of tissue perfusion by labeling hydrogen protons in arterial blood as endogenous tracers.It is also susceptible to the formation of artifacts during its imaging process due to a variety of factors,including cerebrospinal fluid artifacts,physiologic localized abnormal perfusion,arterial transport artifacts,watershed artifacts,motion artifacts,and magnetic susceptibility artifacts.The progress of ASL imaging technology and the mechanism of artifact generation in recent years are reviewed.
