摘要
生境成像作为一项以生物学环境为基础的影像组学技术,可通过定量影像学标志物聚类具有相似表征的肿瘤细胞群,从而显示和量化肿瘤内部异质性。生境成像可无创精准定位病灶、预测肿瘤分型及预后、表征肿瘤病理和分子特征、鉴别肿瘤进展与治疗反应等,在促进临床诊疗精准化方面表现出极大的潜能。就肿瘤生境成像的研究进展进行综述。
As a biological environment-based radiomics technology,habitat imaging can reveal and quantify intratumor heterogeneity through quantitative imaging biomarkers clustering tumor cell groups with similar phenotypes.Habitat imaging can non-invasively localize lesions,predict tumor staging and prognosis,characterize tumor pathology and molecular features,and identify tumor progression or treatment response,etc.Additionally,it has demonstrated great potential in promoting the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and treatment.The purpose of this article is to review the progress in tumor habitat imaging research.
