护理实习生心理资本与孤独感的关系——一项交叉滞后研究

Relationship between psychological capital and loneliness among nursing interns:A cross-lagged study

目的探讨护理实习生心理资本与孤独感的相关关系和预测关系。方法于2021年7月和10月,分2次采用一般资料调查表、心理资本问卷中文修订版(PCQ-R)、孤独感量表(UCLA-LS),对郑州大学第三附属医院450名护理实习生进行为期3个月2阶段的纵向调查。结果2次测量护理实习生心理资本与孤独感均存在负相关(2次r值分别为-0.213和-0.427)。交叉滞后分析表明,护理实习生的前测心理资本可以显著负向预测其后测的孤独感(β=-0.260,P<0.001)。结论心理资本可以预测孤独感,孤独感无法预测心理资本,提示高校及医院管理者可从增强护生的心理资本入手,帮助其明晰职业发展前景,进而提升其职业胜任力。

Objective To explore the correlation relationship and prediction relationship of psychological capital and loneliness among nursing interns,and to provide the basis for reducing the level of their loneliness.Methods In July and October 2021,a three-month,two-stage longitudinal survey was conducted among 450 nursing interns from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Concern University by using the qeneral in formation questionnaire,the Psychological Capital Questionnaire(PCQ-R),and the Loneliness Scale(UCLA-LS).Results There was a negative correlation between psychological capital and loneliness in nursing interns in both measurements(r values of the two measurements were-0.213 and-0.427).Cross-lagged analysis showed that pre-test psychological capital of nursing interns could be significantly negative predict post-test loneliness(β=-0.260,P<0.001).Conclusion In nursing interns,psychological capital can predict loneliness,but loneliness cannot predict psychological capital.
