癌症手术患者静脉血栓栓塞症预防相关指南质量评价和内容分析

Quality assessment and content analysis of guidelines for the prevention of venous thromboembolism in patients with neoplasms surgery

目的对癌症手术患者静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)预防相关指南进行质量评价和内容分析。方法系统检索国内外指南网、相关组织网站及数据库中关于癌症手术患者VTE预防相关指南,检索时限为2016年1月1日-2021年9月30日。采用AGREEⅡ评价工具评价指南,并汇总相关推荐意见。结果共纳入9篇循证指南,5篇A级推荐、4篇B级推荐。纳入指南的推荐意见主要包括风险评估、预防时机、健康指导、预防措施4个方面。结论纳入的9篇指南整体质量较高,有待构建本土化循证指南以指导临床实践。

Objective To perform quality assessment and content analysis of the guidelines for the prevention of venous thromboembolism(VTE)in neoplasms surgery patients.Methods Related guidelines on VTE prevention in patients with neoplasms surgery were systematic searched in guideline networks,websites of related organizations,and databases in China and foreign countries.The search was conducted from January 1,2016 to September 30,2021.The Guidelines Research and Evaluation ToolⅡ(AGREEⅡ)was used to evaluate the quality of the guidelines,and the recommendations were summarized.Results A total of 9 evidence-based guidelines were included,5 guidelines were rated as grade A recommendation,and 4 were rated as B.The contents of these guidelines mainly involved 4 aspects:Risk assessment,prevention timing,health guidance,and preventive measures.Conclusion The 9 included guidelines are of good overall quality and the indigenous evidence-based guidelines need to be constructed to guide clinical practice.
