摘要
产业数字化和数字产业化的协同发展,推动了现代化产业体系的构建和新型工业化的新发展。产业数字化利用数字技术提升了传统产业的产业基础能力,促进传统产业形成新的“技术—经济范式”,加快了数字经济与传统产业的融合发展,促进了新型工业化中产业基础能力的高级化和产业链的现代化。数字产业化将数据作为新的生产要素,通过数字技术创新及其产业化和商业化,催生新产业新业态新模式,最终形成数字产业链和产业集群。应以实体经济为着力点,以良性互动方式、融合方式和均衡模式促进产业数字化和数字产业化的协同发展,进而推进新型工业化进程。
The coordinated development of industrial digitization and digital industrialization has promoted the construction of a modern industrial system and the new development of new industrialization.The digitalization of industries has enhanced the basic capabilities of traditional industries through the use of digital technology,promoting the formation of a new"technology economy paradigm"in traditional industries,accelerating the integration and development of digital economy and traditional industries,and promoting the advancement of basic capabilities and modernization of industrial chains in new industrialization.Digital industrialization regards data as a new factor of production,and through digital technology innovation,industrialization,and commercialization,it promotes the emergence of new industries,new formats,and new models,ultimately forming a digital industry chain and industrial cluster.We should focus on the reaelconomy,promote the coordinated development of industrial digitization and digital industrialization through benign interaction,integration,and balanced models,and further advance the process of new industrialization.
