基于SPSS的装配式建筑工程质量制约因素分析

Analysis of Quality Constraints of Prefabricated Construction Projects Based on SPSS

虽然装配式建筑应用的好处已在全球建筑业得到认可,但在我国装配式建筑仍未得到广泛应用,其中装配式建筑的质量被认为是影响其应用的关键问题之一。应用基于SPSS的统计分析方法,找到了制约我国装配式建筑推广的一些关键因素。其中包括“核心部件之间的连接点设计不准确”“装配式部件缺乏设计规范和标准”“装配式部件缺乏质量标准”“装配式部件缺乏生产规范和标准”等关键因素。研究结果为突破这些制约因素对我国装配式建筑的应用提供了有力参考,从而确保装配式建筑在我国得到进一步发展。

Although the benefits of prefabricated building applications have been recognized in the global construction industry,prefabricated buildings have not been widely used in my country,where the quality of prefabricated buildings is considered to be one of the key issues affecting its application.This paper finds some key factors restricting the promotion of prefabricated buildings in my country.These include“inaccurate design of connection points between core components”,“lack of design specifications and standards for fabricated components”,“lack of quality standards for fabricated components”,“lack of production specifications and standards for fabricated components”and other key factors.The research results provide a strong reference for the application of prefabricated buildings in my country to break through these constraints,so as to ensure the further development of prefabricated buildings in my country.
