摘要
通过对某工程混凝土点状爆裂处粉末XRD图谱分析和化学成分分析,检测出该粉末含有硅酸三钙Ca_(3)(SiO_(4))O和铁铝酸二钙Ca_(2)(FeAl)O_(5)。经过调查,得出混凝土点状爆裂原因是混凝土细骨料中混入了少量水泥熟料颗粒,与水泥熟料中包裹着的游离氧化钙CaO的电厂炉渣Fe_(2)O_(3)、Ca(OH)_(2),在混凝土浇捣过程中和后期遇水或空气中的水分一起水化反应,从而引起混凝土体积膨胀,出现点状爆裂。
Through XRD and chemical composition analysis,it was detected that the powder from the pointlike cracking of the concrete contained tricalcium silicate Ca_(3)(SiO_(4))O and dicalcium iron aluminate Ca_(2)(FeAl)O_(5).Upon analysis,it was found that a small amount of cement clinker particles had mixed into the concrete aggregate,which encapsulated power plant slag Fe_(2)O_(3),Ca(OH)_(2) containing free calcium oxide CaO.These particles reacted chemically with water,causing volu me expa nsion a nd point-like cracking in the concrete.
