保险制度在我国工程领域推广的研究与思考

Research and Reflection on Popularization of Insurance in Construction Engineering Field

通过研究国外工程质量保险制度的发展经验,总结我国工程质量保险制度的现状,分析在当前建筑业“放管服”改革的新形势下,引入工程质量保险的迫切性,构建引入工程质量保险后的建筑行业市场化运行机制,提出通过立法、完善运行机制、专业管理、全过程监督、数据共享和提高各方保险意识的方式进一步推动工程质量保险在我国工程领域的应用。

According to the experience of engineering quality insurance abroad and present situation of the engineering quality insurance in China,this paper analysis the urgency of applying engineering insurance under the new situation,and construct the construction market operation mechanism including engineering insurance.This paper propose the legislation,marketization of operation,professional management,supervising the whole process,data sharing and raise awareness to promote the application of engineering quality insurance in construction engineering field.
