大跨度穹顶卸载全过程变形模拟与监测

摘要 针对大跨度穹顶施工卸载过程出现内力重分布与变形的情况,为确保施工卸载过程中有足够的安全冗余度,利用有限元分析软件Midas Gen对穹顶钢结构拆撑过程进行受力模拟分析,得到最优卸载方案。结合模拟结果,现场进行穹顶卸载全过程变形监测,通过对监测数据分析结果表明:合理的卸载方案能有效地控制大跨度结构的变形,为安全施工提供了保障;全过程监测验证了分析模型的正确性,同时为大跨度穹顶等结构健康监测提供了参考。 In view of the redistribution and deformation of internal force in the unloading process of large-span dome construction,in order to ensure sufficient safety redundancy in the unloading process,the finite element analysis software Midas Gen is used to simulate and analyze the stress of the dome steel structure during the unloading process,and the optimal unloading scheme is obtained.Combined with the simulation results,the deformation monitoring of the whole process of dome unloading is carried out on site.Through the analysis of the monitoring data,the results show that the reasonable unloading scheme can effectively control the deformation of the large-span structure and provide a guarantee for safe construction;the whole process monitoring verified the correctness of the analysis model,and provided a strong support for the health monitoring of large-span dome and other structures.
