摘要
建筑围护材料应用于建筑物围护结构,如墙体、门窗、屋面等部位使用的材料。其耐候性和节能性是重要的检测项目,而少有对蒸汽渗透的检测。耐候性检测是综合温度、湿度、淋雨等模拟的自然环境因素对围护材料产生影响,而蒸汽渗透的速率和多少及水蒸气湿流分布对围护材料性能也会产生影响。因此研制一台可以精确测试蒸汽渗透并可做耐候性的检测设备非常有必要。基于现有标准的基础上提出了考虑蒸汽渗透对围护材料耐候性检测的试验方法并开发了试验设备,对于考虑蒸汽渗透建筑围护材料耐候性的测试有重要意义。
Building enclosure materials are materials used in building enclosure structures,such as walls,doors and windows,roofs,etc.Its weatherability and energy saving are important test items,and there are few water vapor transmission.Weatherability detection is a combination of temperature,humidity,rain and other simulated natural environmental factors on the enclosure material,and the rate of steam penetration and how much and water vapor wet flow distribution will also have an impact on the performance of the enclosure material.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a test equipment that can accurately test water vapor transmission and weatherability.Based on the existing standards,this paper puts forward the test method to consider steam penetration for the weatherability test of the enclosure material and develops the test equipment,which is of great significance for the test of the weatherability of the water vapor transmission building enclosure material.
