基于ABAQUS对狭小空间可拆卸集成支护设计研究

摘要 针对老旧小区加装电梯区域施工受限、人员出行不便等痛点,提出一种狭小空间可拆卸模块化基坑支护设备及其应用理论。其中,竖向型钢可以通过微型钻机引孔方式埋设至设计深度,通过分层开挖分段打入特制骨架钢板,形成封闭模块化支护体系,结合可快装轻量化栈桥,既释放基坑上部空间,保证工人正常作业的同时又可满足居民正常出行。本文详细阐述了集成支护型式、工作原理及施工工艺,并运用ABAQUS软件进行数值模拟,根据计算值验证模型可行性及特制骨架钢板尺寸设计的合理性,达到施工增效、降成本的目的,为老旧居民小区加装电梯作业以及小型工作坑的相关设备与技术研发提供新的思路。 Aiming at the pain points such as limited construction and inconvenient travel of people in the old residential area where elevators are installed,this paper proposes a detachable modular foundation pit supporting equipment in small space and its application theory.Among them,the vertical steel can be buried to the design depth through the micro drill hole,and the special skeleton steel plate is driven into the sections through the layered excavation to form a closed modular support system.Combined with the quick installation of lightweight trestling,it not only releases the upper pit space,ensures the normal operation of workers but also meets the normal travel of residents.This paper describes the integrated support type,working principle and construction technology in detail,and uses ABAQUS software to conduct numerical simulation,according to the calculated value to verify the feasibility of the model and the rationality of the size design of the special skeleton steel plate,to achieve the purpose of improving the construction efficiency and reducing the cost,it provides new ideas for the equipment and technology research and development of elevator operation and small pit in old residential areas.
