摘要
建于密集建筑群中的高耸结构,当出现耐久性损伤或可靠度不足时,后期的维修及拆除更新施工会有诸多困难。以某烧结厂100 m钢筋混凝土烟囱为例,严重和普遍的筒壁耐久性损伤,使得在经济上失去修复价值,选择拆除更新。结合现场复杂的施工环境,通过分析不同拆除方法的优缺点后,采用“移动式操作平台+内壁卸块下料”的施工工艺,进行了人工静力拆除。拆除效果表明,该方法对周围环境影响小,安全又快捷,为钢筋混凝土烟囱的静力拆除施工提供了经验。
When the high-rise structure is built in the dense building complex,it will be difficult to repair and demolish the high-rise structure in the later period when the durability is damaged or the reliability is not enough.Taking the 100m reinforced concrete chimney of a sintering plant as an example,the serious and universal durability damage of the tube wall makes it lose the repair value in economy,so it is selected to be demolished and renewed.Combined with the complex construction environment on the site,after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different demolition methods,the construction technology of“Mobile operating platform+inner wall unloading block discharging material”was adopted to carry out the manual static demolition.The results show that the method has little influence on the surrounding environment,is safe and quick,and provides experience for the static demolition of reinforced concrete chimney.
