既有线路提高高压旋喷桩成桩质量的研究

摘要 为满足经济的发展,铁路运营使用了大量的新技术新设备,随着重载牵引机的使用,原路基在严重超载以及雨水冲刷等情况下,出现了各种路基病害。为了不影响铁路运营,我们采用不影响线路运营的高压旋喷桩加固路基。因其施工工艺特别,在施工过程中存在着较多的干扰因素影响成桩质量,因此为保证路基加固的质量以及安全性,结合工程实际情况,对高压旋喷桩技术进行研究和分析。 In order to meet the economic development,the railway operation has used a large number of new technology and new equipment,with the use of heavy-load tractor,the original subgrade in the serious overload and rain erosion,a variety of subgrade diseases.In order not to affect the railway operation,we use the high-pressure rotary spray pile that does not affect the line operation to reinforce the subgrade.Because of its special construction technology,there are many interference factors affecting the quality of the pile process,so in order to ensure the quality and safety of subgrade reinforcement,combined with the actual engineering situation,the high-pressure rotary injection.
