20世纪90年代中期,国内很多制造业公司开始推行项目管理,并建立了适应项目管理的矩阵式组织架构以及相关的配套制度,使大型离散制造型企业强化了公司事业部项目管理职责,取得了较好的效果,尤其是项目成本管理水平得到较大的提升,使其树立起项目管理需要的“事前计划、事中控制、事后分析”思维模式。企业内项目管理体系是以项目范围管理、项目进度管理、项目成本管理管理为主,以项目质量管理为辅的“三主一辅”项目管理体系。基于此,围绕项目管理体系及项目管理主要内容进行细述。
