石油企业的安全监督管理工作不到位,极有可能引发安全事故,对石油企业造成严重的财产损失,危害现场作业人员生命安全。HSE监督管理是融合健康、安全、环境三要素的管理体系,符合石油企业的日常生产管理要求,可以提升企业日常生产活动安全性。基于此,对HSE监督管理体系概念、运行问题和实践策略进行分析,以期为石油企业管理监督工作提供参考。

If the Petroleum Enterprise Safety Supervision and management is not in place,it is likely to lead to safety accidents,causing serious property losses to the petroleum enterprise,endangering the safety of field workers.HSE supervision and management is a management system which integrates health,safety and environment.It can meet the daily production management requirements of petroleum enterprises and improve the safety of daily production activities.Based on this,this paper analyzes the concept,operational problems and practical strategies of HSE supervision and management system,in order to provide reference for the management and supervision of oil enterprises.
