化工企业安全生产影响着化工企业员工的个人利益,决定着企业能否实现可持续发展。对安全生产足够重视,对安全风险有效预防,能够有效避免安全事故带来的不可挽回的经济损失。基于此,从员工素质能力、管理制度、安全意识、应急体系等方面分析化工安全生产中存在的问题,提出加强培训考核、完善管理制度、加大隐患排查、提升应急保障能力等建议,以促进化工企业健康、持续、稳定发展。

The safety production of chemical enterprises affects the personal interests of employees of chemical enterprises and determines the sustainable development of enterprises.Enough attention is paid to safety production and effective prevention of safety risks can effectively avoid irreparable economic losses caused by safety accidents.This paper analyzes the problems existing in chemical safety production from the aspects of staff quality and ability,management system,safety awareness,emergency response system,etc.,and proposes measures to strengthen training and assessment,improve management system,increase hidden danger investigation,and improve emergency support ability,so as to promote the healthy,sustainable and stable development of chemical enterprises.
